Delhi’s Top Healthcare & Pharma Expos Arrive at Bharat Mandapam: 7-9 September 2026

Several major expos, trade fairs, and specialized events begin in New Delhi on September 7, 2026. By hosting four massive exhibitions simultaneously, Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan) has transformed into an interconnected mega-expo for medicine, science, and wellness.

Whether you are a healthcare professional, an entrepreneur, or an international delegate exploring the upcoming events in Delhi-NCR, navigating this massive convergence requires a solid plan. Here is your complete guide to the exhibitions, hall layouts, registration protocols, and transit options.

The Four Major Exhibitions

This convergence brings together the entire spectrum of the global medical and wellness industry under one roof.

  • iPHEX 2026: The 12th edition of the International Exhibition of Pharma and Healthcare takes place at Bharat Mandapam, bringing together over 900 delegates and exhibitors.
  • SANJEEVANI 2026: An international healthcare and wellness event organized by the Services Export Promotion Council at Bharat Mandapam, Hall No. 3, Pragati Maidan, focusing on Medical Value Tourism and global partnerships. According to Indian Embassy Zagreb, it aims to “provide a dynamic platform for fostering global partnerships in the healthcare and wellness sector”.
  • Bharat Nutraverse Expo 2026: Running concurrently at Bharat Mandapam, highlighting innovations in the nutraceutical sector.
  • Pharma MachTech LabNext Expo 2026: The second edition opens at Bharat Mandapam for laboratory and pharma manufacturing technologies.

Exhibition Timings & Schedule

Arriving early is highly recommended. The best time to arrive is between 9:30 AM and 10:15 AM to beat heavy traffic bottlenecks on Mathura Road and clear security before the mid-day rush.

Hall Layout Guide: Where to Go

Bharat Mandapam is an immense complex, so knowing your designated hall in advance will save you a lot of walking.

  • Halls 2, 3, & 4 (Ground Levels): This area anchors SANJEEVANI and the core iPHEX international pavilions. This is where you will find the B2B meeting lounges, foreign delegate desks, and large hospital network setups.
  • Halls 5 & 7: Primarily dedicated to the Pharma MachTech & LabNext Expo. Because this involves heavy laboratory equipment, these halls feature industrial-grade floor layouts.
  • Halls 11 & 12: Generally dedicated to Bharat Nutraverse, housing booths for dietary supplements, botanical ingredients, organic nutraceutical products, and fitness-tech showcases.

Passes and Registration Protocols

Admission is free for trade visitors and industry professionals, but you must register online in advance or at the venue’s registration counters. On-site counter registration opens daily at 9:30 AM. You will need to show business credentials (like a business card or corporate ID) to secure your entry badge.

  • For iPHEX & Pharma MachTech: Visit the Pharmexcil iPHEX Portal to register as a domestic or international visitor.
  • For SANJEEVANI: Importers, wellness buyers, and trade visitors must complete a registration profile directly via the SEPC Sanjeevani Portal to secure entry passes and request B2B scheduling slots.
  • For Bharat Nutraverse: You can register directly through the TradeIndia Event Directory page for the expo to get your visitor entry badge emailed to you.

Transit, Parking & Venue Amenities

Reaching by Delhi Metro

  • Supreme Court Metro Station: This is the absolute closest station, located right next to the complex on the Blue Line. It takes roughly 5 to 8 minutes to reach the main entry checkpoints directly from the station exit.
  • Mandi House Metro Station: Serving as an interchange for the Blue and Violet lines, this station is an alternative route located about a 15-20 minute walk or a brief auto-rickshaw ride away. You can optimize your route planning via transit apps like Moovit.

Vehicle Drop-Offs and Parking

  • Drop-Off Zones: Cabs (including fleets supported by the Delhi EV Policy) and private vehicles should use designated drop-off zones near Gate 1 or Gate 4 along Bhairon Marg or Mathura Road.
  • Entry Gates: Public and business delegates visiting trade expos generally enter through Bharat Mandapam Gate No. 4 or Gate 7.
  • Parking: Bharat Mandapam features an extensive underground parking facility accessed directly via Bhairon Marg. Parking is paid, and standard hourly venue rates apply.

Food and Dining

There is no free public food. However, Bharat Mandapam houses massive, high-quality food courts and dedicated catering zones where you can purchase everything from quick coffee and snacks to full multi-cuisine buffet meals.
