Every industry, or every business — small and big — has witnessed a digital surge over the past few decades, which has all but wiped out brick and mortar operations. Now, such new-age technologies as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), Augmented Reality (AR), Project Management Software (PMS), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and such others are making waves in the digital world. The real estate sector in India, too, is adopting these latest technologies to stay ahead and achieve the best results.

“Change is inevitable and we must embrace this new trend in the best way possible to stay ahead of the curve. Taking cognisance of the benefits that the digital world can provide, Digital Success for Real Estate was conceptualized,” said Abhishek Rungta, CEO, Indus Net Technologies, while commenting on the event.

“The real estate sector has seen major disruptions in the past five years. Apart from major regulatory upheavals that have compelled a sea change in the way the industry does business, the other ongoing phenomenon is digital disruption. Some real estate stakeholders have successfully embraced the digital revolution and many are making efforts to adapt to the process, while yet others are still grappling to deal with rapid changes in the digital space. This is why, it is important to host a summit like this,” said Nandu Belani, President, CREDAI-Bengal.

“With this event, we want to educate marketers in the tricks of the trade to enable them to incorporate these in their strategies to achieve positive results. We’d like to extend our gratitude to CREDAI-Bengal for associating with us to present this event and make it a grand success,” Rungta added.

“It’s imperative to understand the efficacy of the digital revolution in the real estate sector and the promising future it holds for making our businesses grow and yield better results. This collaboration between CREDAI-Bengal and Indus Net will surely take us quite a few steps ahead and incorporate the digital ecosystem into the real estate sector of Bengal for nourishing it,” remarked Belani.

The speakers at this event came from varying backgrounds and presented insights into a range of topics, such as augmented and virtual reality (A&VR), digital marketing, analytics, marketing and sales process enhancers, energy management, building management systems and enterprise resource planning(ERP).

The leaders who shared their knowledge included Nandu Belani, President, CREDAI-Bengal; Abhishek Rungta, CEO, Indus Net Technologies; Samuel John Varghese, Senior Vice-President (Sales and Marketing), LANCO; Alok Agrawal, CEO, Farvision; GL Kumar, Founder and Ideation Director of Pixel Grand; Arya Sumant, MD, Eden Realty; Rishi Jain, MD of the Jain Group and Srish Agrawal, MD and Chairman, A1 Future Technologies.

The conference was attended by CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, CFOs and HoDs of Marketing and Technology looking to gain valuable knowledge to enhance their skill sets and learn about structured approaches on the digital journey and about digital marketing in real estate.
