The Howrah Police Commissionerate under the prudent leadership of Gaurav Sharma has always taken positive initiatives about awareness campaigns concerning the environment. On 21st September, the Domjur Police Station with Howrah police Commissionerate officials organised an awareness session followed by plantation of saplings. The awareness rally was attended by students of Asian International School. The awareness campaign and rally were organised to circulate a message regarding banned firecrackers and green Diwali. No doubt, the whole initiative was timely and received huge support among the citizens.
