Yesterday, on the auspicious occasion of Diwali and Kali Puja, at a programme stationary and sweets were distributed to children at Howrah. The whole programme was organised at IR Belilious institution at Tikiapara where CP HPC, DCsP and other officers of HPC were present. CP Gourav Sharma and children shared and enjoyed some moments of co-learnings too.
