India has a unique geo-climatic condition which makes it prone to disasters. Around 3 billion dollars are lost when disasters strike.
When a disaster strikes there is not only monetary loss or loss of infrastructures. Disasters brings with them the agony of losing dear ones.
In India it is very common that just after a disaster strikes people raise concern over the clipped media and then everyone forgets about the incident. But the effects of a cyclone, earthquake, fire or any natural calamity is not mitigated even after decades of its occurrence.
