InterraIT partners with Bayestree to boost data-driven service management

 

InterraIT, a leader in the Information Technology Industry since its founding in 1996, has announced a partnership with Bayestree Intelligence, an enterprise product company that specializes in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technology. The partnership will help InterraIT incorporate ML and AI-based solutions to offer its global customers next-generation digital technology experiences and efficiency. This partnership will long bigger impact with InterraIT, whose operations are spread across five countries, with a sales network spanning the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, and India. The Bayestree tie-up is going to benefit customers with major cuts in resolution time and operating costs.

 

 

Bayestree’s unique product, Sainapse, is a patented product. It specifically targets service management across IT, product and business functions. It is an intuitive AI platform that learns from even a limited amount of data, Sainapse is expected to reduce resolution time by more than 80 percent in three months. Side by side the operating cost is also reduced by 50 percent in nine months. Added to that, Sainapse also approximates plug-and-play functionality and can be deployed on-premise or cloud, eliminating payroll overheads on data scientists. Importantly enough, the platform does away with the use of third-party interfaces and associated concerns about data sharing.
