Mumbai: In a first, a trailer of an Indian film has been released in Metaverse to give the audience an immersive experience. Prabhas’ upcoming film Radhe Shyam becomes the first film in the world to have had a trailer released in Metaverse.
As soon as the South superstar Prabhas released the trailer of Radhe Shyam in Metaverse, it has been creating different stories of its success. Fom a love story, action, drama to a never-seen-before astro-thriller, Radhye Shyam has a lot to offer. It’s the first time in the history of Indian cinema that any movie has got such a reaction that has crashed the internet servers. In fact, it is the first movie in the world to offer the audience the chance to create their own avatars in Metaverse.
Ever since the makers have announced that the trailer will have its launch on the Metaverse, it has been trending on Twitter. #RadheShyamOnMetaverse is the new voice echoing on the internet these days. A huge crowd of 2 lakh people has entered the Metaverse in just three minutes of its launch, which led to the crash of the servers. The audience flooded their love in the comments section praising Prabhas and his never-dying spirit of bringing something unique every time. The sizzling chemistry of Prabhas and Pooja Hegde has already set the mood in the season of love.
Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, Radhe Shyam is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi and Pramod and hits the theatres on March 11, 2022.
Meanwhile, Prabhas announced the release date of his mythological film Adipurush on the occasion of Maha Shivratri. The film also starring Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan is set to hit theatres on January 12, 2023. Sharing the poster featuring the new date, Prabhas captioned his Instagram post, “#Adipurush Worldwide Theatrical Release in 3D on 12th Jan 2023.” He even tagged film director Om Raut and co-stars Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh.
In the film, Prabhas will be seen in the role of Lord Ram. Kriti will essay the character of Sita and Saif will be seen as Raavan. It is said, the film which is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles has 90 percent VFX for an immersive cinematic experience.
