How to Apply Online: Rules & Deadlines
To ensure transparency, the entire application and fee payment process is strictly digital. No physical application forms will be accepted.
- The Portal: All applications must be submitted via the official DDA Sports Registration Portal.
- Tenure Memberships (3 & 5 Years): These are allotted strictly on a First-Come, First-Served basis. The application window for a specific category will automatically close once the limited slots are filled.
- Lifetime Memberships: Applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of ₹2,500. If the number of applications exceeds the available slots (250 for Govt, 600 for Non-Govt), the DDA will conduct a computerized draw of lots. Selected applicants will then have 30 days to deposit the full membership fee.
- Family Additions: Approved members can add their spouse and dependent children (aged 5 to 21 years) to their playing rights. Non-playing dependents can utilize the clubhouse facilities without paying the monthly subscription.

Applicants must upload clear, scanned copies (under 2MB each) of the following documents during registration:
- Recent Photograph and Signature
- PAN Card
- Government-issued Photo ID and Address Proof (Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar card)
- For Government Employees: Salary slip (Pay Level 12+) and a certificate of employment.
